Andriana Nikoloulia was born in 1995 in Athens, Greece.
She graduated from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Department of Psychology (Permission to Practice), while also completing her Erasmus+ Studies in Università degli Studi di Sienaand Università per Stranieri di Sienain Italy. She is currently doing her Master’s on Social Psychology (Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences) with a specialization on Identities and Interpersonal Relationships. Her academic, research and activist focus so far is based on sociopsychological interactions between the LGBTQIA+ community and the general society and within the community itself.
Andriana’s working experience involves Child, Youth and Adult Education, Workshop Facilitation, Team-Management, Communication and HR Management and Research. Specifically, she has worked as a Workshop Facilitator, Team-leader and Co-organizer in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Trainings in collaboration with Active Rainbow, an international organization for Human Rights and Activism. When she joined Animartists – Journal of Psychology, Culture and Awarenessshe started as an External Communication Manager and then promoted to HR Manager and Psychology Content Editor. She has worked as a Co-Researcher in a research project of Hellenic Psychotherapy Laboratory of Brussels, engaging psychological, social and political aspects of the LGBTQIA+ individuals in Person-Centered Psychotherapy. In addition, as a Psychologist, Andriana has worked with children in the area of psycho-motor play at Ergomilo Plus - Learning Difficulties Center. She has completed her internships at 18 Ano - Rehabilitation Unit, Department of Problematic Internet Use of Psychiatric Hospital of Atticaas an undergraduate Psychology student and at G-All, Gender Alliance Initiative as a postgraduate student. After her more resent internship she now continues her collaboration with G-All, Gender Alliance Initiative as an External Scientific Associate, Project Manager Assistant and Workshop Facilitator.
In addition to her mother tongue, Greek, she speaks fluently English and Italian, while also having a basic knowledge of Spanish and German.
